If you are in a Hospital Setting, there should be a hospital staff member onsite that is a notary. Should you need us to come to you we may be able to accommodate. 

NOTE: all forms of verbal or non-verbal communications may satisfy Notary requirements.

Pricing is $10 per Notary signature or Stamp per page

Each person that must sign any documentation in front of Notary Must have valid Identification and present it to the Notary for records

Travel Fee must be agreed on prior to travel
